Scarborough Marsh

You’ll enjoy the ever-changing scenery, as the tides come in and out, right from the living room view or outside decks but exploring the marsh from your kayak, canoe or stand-up paddleboard is what vacation dreams are made of. The Scarborough Marsh is over 3,000 acres and is the largest contiguous salt marsh system in Maine. Salt marshes filter pollution from the water and provide food and shelter for numerous species of birds, fish, mammals, and shellfish. The views are amazing and watching the wildlife is a favorite pastime.
